The combination of music, Ubuntu and appreciative inquiry offers us an integral humanism that resonates with the emerging need to enliven and enrich the ‘we’ spaces in 21st century organisations. We need to release the creative potential that lies in the interaction between individuals and between groups, whether on campuses or in business organisations where diverse cultures and spiritualities meet.
