Organisational development theory and practice has been dominated by Western paradigms. It is time to harvest the gifts that other parts of the world offer. It is time to embrace the gifts of the southern hemisphere, of Africa, of Ubuntu. We need to find a way to communicate with each other, re-humanise each other and transform each other. One song at a time. One group at a time. One organisation at a time.
