Our collective transformation in organisations and in societies depends on whether we can merge personal transformation in a group context and co-evolve with each other. If we can keep group engagement alive through a process of mutual respect and purposeful co-evolution, our collective potential to renew ourselves as organisations and as one big tribe who artfully cares about our common humanity can be released.
