Discovering WE spaces, is a theme at the top of people’s minds today. This is theme related to TED’s 2019 global conference which launched in Vancouver, April 15. It encourages all of us to “seek deeper meaning in a time of turmoil”. TEDx Stellenbosch, has organised their own Bigger than Us event, which will live stream some of the TED Vancouver talks and offer workshops on April 27th. I am proud to have been invited to give 2 workshops at this TEDx Stellenbosch event It is an honour to be associated with TEDx again! I was fortunate to have been selected as one of the speakers for the very first TEDx Stellenbosch event in 2010; see the video below.
My topic then was “Sprinkling Ubuntu on Capitalism”. My primary mission now is to empower teams to quickly discover their collaborative spirit and shared purpose through “Finding Us in Music™”, a longstanding passion, also inspired, in part, by Ubuntu principles in action, Finding Us in Music, is my music centric-methodology which opens a new door to the INSPIRED SELF and the discovery of the OTHER! At my workshop attendees will be invited to discover their Bigger Self and to engage with others for collective benefit – to find The Bigger Us.
